Does anyone know what gasket is needed for two halves of a S14 SR intake manifold?

I just got a greddy manifold and need a new gasket for it.

greddy manifold is 1 piece. So, no need for the gasket that goes between the stock runners and plenum.

S14 SR Greddy intake manifold,
the greddy plenum, you still use the stock s14 sr lower manifold ( runner)
so you need a gasket
and you can reuse the same METAL gasket

Thanks, I didnt take it apart yet to know if it was metal or paper.

I got the Nissan Part number too now. If it is metal i will try to reuse it. But i thinkit might be paper though(judging by the lil piece i can see)
