A while back, I posted about my car sputtering, and not being able to hold idle, and dying out, unless, I kept reving the motor. After going through a lot of stuff, I unplugged my o2 sensor, which unfortunately only fixed the problem temporarily. Yesterday, while I was warming up my car, I noticed, it had a hard time holding idle, and staying on. So I drove it home, and plugged in my o2 sensor, and disconnected my battery to reset it. After that, I drove it to my friends house, where he noticed, that my car was smoking. The smoke, seems to be coming from underneath the heat shield, by the exhaust manifold. The smell, is similar, to that of sulfur. Is my turbo going? Any ideas? Also, I tried unpluggin my maf, which helped the car idle smoother, and not die out. But, another thing I have noticed, is that my car seems to be idling higher than usual. It's idling about 1200-1400 rpm's. I did, find out recently that I have small holes, in my ic piping. Also, another friend suggested, that because I am running a stock ka exhaust system, that i'm frying my catyllic converter. Any help or suggestions, are greatly appreciated.
