Are the JDM and USDM S14 Kouki Foglights the same? Does the JDM front Bumper come with those black covers around the foglights? if not, where can they be sourced?

Not the same from what I've seen on Ebay.

Not the same?? They are IDENTICAL, I have them both. Only difference is the metal bracket they mount to the bumper with. The actual fog light is the same, but you'll never find just the bracket (or black surrounds) which is why you'll end up having to buy the whole foglight assembly anyway. Too bad some of these importers wouldn't just grab the bracket and save people a lot of money, but then again they wouldn't be making any money, unless they charged like 50$ for that piece of metal....

Yes you can, very easily.

EDIT: But you would still need the black surround pieces or else it would look like crap.

Funny you ask that....because that's exactly what I did. I took the projectors from zenki foglights and put them into the kouki housing....

As for the JDM foglights that I have...I'm just going to use some amber HELLA bulbs.

i've taken apart zenki projectors, and I used to have kouki fogs, I imagine it would take a lot of cutting and some basic fabrication.
