Ok so last night i went out on a little drive. Nothing extreme just a drive to because i was bored. When i was getting on another freeway i barely pressed the gas and the car started to slip and veered to the right. This was on a right turn on ramp. Later on when i was on regular streets, at a stop light i just pressed the gas and my car started to slip and only the rear right tires was spinning, and it veered left. Keep in mind this is all in the rain.
So i am thinking if im a victim of a blown rear right coil over? Or am i way off? I've have my tien HA on for about 60-70k. Should i just send them all in for a rebuild?

if you have the tools to do it, take the coilovers off and remove the springs. then you can extend and depress the damper and check for dead spots.
a less precise way (and i dont know if its even relevant here, with our high spring rates) is to put all of your weight on one corner of the car, push down, and if there is more than one rebound, chances are the shock is blown.
Im not sure that a blown shock could be causing that problem for you.
my first guess would be to check your tire pressures... very obvious but essential.

Wouldn't you push down, let it rebound, then push down again, etc to start a rhythmic cycle, then observe how the coilover dampens the movement?
I have to agree though, I don't think those symptoms are signs of a blown coilover. You said you just pressed the gas at a stop light straightline, right?
If you veered to the left, would it make sense to assume that the left rear tire (driver side) was losing grip, not the right? say if the left rear tire had no grip at all, you would be spinning around to the left.
also, what kind of tires do you have? all performance or seasonal such as summer high-perf tires?

Which ever tire spins faster or gets the grip is the way the car is pulled, very noticebale with a open diff...

I think you're the victim of a slick road.

when your shock blows, the tire will hop under hard acceleration.

how long have you had your vlsd? i'd say that piece of shit is going first, but then again, they are teins...hmmmmm, tough call.

Ive have the vlsd longer than the tiens. Maybe it was just a slippery road. I tried it again last night and not a damn thing happened. Was still very wet out.
Yeah i thought that when i shock blows one side will get no pressure, and therefore just spin the tire since theres no pressure.
