GT3 was like that.

In this game you can add wings (http://z-o-g.org/imgs/gt4/gtauto-wing.jpg) , more wheels, I guess there is a racing modification for some cars, NOS, and more "tuner" cars. By tuner they mean a couple d1 cars, amuse tuned cars, mines cars, etc...

I think they're trying to release this game at the same time as the PSP (Playstation Portable) which will be released the first quarter of the new year, (January-March) period,to make more money off us all. . . . I'm so glad my Zenki is back to take the track over again.
