Coastek240 got his eastbear lights from them, IIRC it took 3 weeks. But that was with added trouble from motox who is the actual importer of eastbear products. If they had them in stock it really shouldn't take but a week...two if they are slow and or extremely bussy.

So I don't misinform people, diabolic hippo, didn't autoimaging tell you these coilovers are both dampening and height adjustable? Ace says they are only height adjustable like Apex's world sport series.

remember this... not everything a company sells they have in stock... ex: Midnight Motorsports does not have 1989 prelude carbon fiber hoods in stock but does sell them. Which means we have to order them from somewhere else... we dont make any products we sell.. Autoimaging doesn't make them either.... we have to order them ourselves sometimes... sometimes they have to be made... 3 months ago we ordered 10 body kits, 5 sets of fenders, a s15 front end, and 3 carbon fiber hoods from one of our companies half of it is still not here because its on back order and/or other companies ordered the same thing and they get it first because they ordered it before us.. so we have to wait longer on some of it... just chill out... your stuff will get there as fast as it can. most people don't understand this... but its just how it is.. nothing can be done sometimes. sometimes you get stuff 4, 5 days later sometimes 4 months later. e-mail them or call.. ask if its in stock.. if not... then say "thats cool, when can i expect it?" or you can call around and see if someone has it in stock and get a refund from them.

Shaun really needs to put a disclaiming saying which parts are from Japan and the fact that they'll need some time to reach their destination. That'll save some people some trouble. Sure, it'll keep some people away from ordering certain things, but at least they're forewarned before purchasing, waiting, and getting irritated with the wait. Even if they did order knowing that it's gonna take a while, at least they'll understand how long it takes to get to them.

After the last Autoimaging trashing post that got out of hand, I'd like to see this one locked up.

Shawn said he wasn't posting here anymore and I think you should really try to work it out with the company first.

Hi everyone,

Eastbear lights are actually distributed exclusively through Phase 2 Motortrends. I don't know if MotorX carries them or not, but they are not the authorized distributor for the US.

Sean is a good guy, Autoimaging carries many JDM products that are not available in the US. For exotic items as such, I think it is fair that it takes around 2~3 weeks to arrive. Items such as JIC suspension parts can range up to $1500 or more, it is unrealistic for a company to stock multiple items in this particular price range. 240SX are becoming increasingly popular by the day, but no where near the popularity of that to Hondas or DSMs, therefore limits the market somewhat.

A fucking week and a half boo hoo, don't post about it here til you got the run around a few hundred times and the emails you send them don't get returned on time. Til then you have no room to bash anyone. Give it time, shipping isn't always perfect. Closed due to uneeded bashing
