Is the emphasis on wheel flushness for show (in most cases)? To me, this car looks like it can't turn safely without rubbing and can only drive on roads as smooth as glass.

ARe yo sure those offsets are - and not +. Ive been around Porsches quite a bit and to have a - offset you would need an INSANE wide body, What he has is the OEM wide body on that car so with a 12j and +32... that would look about right. maybe im wrong that is a 930 and they use an much lower offset then this 964....
