heh what's up everybody,

unfortunately i lost my little 200sx that i was banging around for so long (thanks garden grove PD) and had to get my elusive green and silver project car running in time for christmas family festivities and work...How lame.

Anywho the car began life as a full option auto single cam. The auto trans was dust as well as the bottom end of the KA and H/G. SO I grabbed one of the ten sets of extra single cams i have (done way to many swaps at my house now!! :0 ) and pulled it all apart, back in, new exaust manifold gasket, some starting fluid, a hammer (cummon its just an f*ing single cam right?)

Any ways, started up on the first try yada yada.

This is what i used for the conversion.
Manaul s13:
Power (alternator and starter) harness
crossmember
front shaft
#14 ecm.
Ok, i removed a/c so i dont have the lower rad hose temp sensor in (not used with no a/c.
As well the manual s13 power harness connector for 4th/5th gear sensors + reverse lamps is not pluged in because it does not match the auto trans chasiss hook ups.

And I am using a jumped starter switch to kick the starter over.

Ok, now that you have background, here is the problem.

I want to know which of the four connectors on the fuse box for the auto trans car run the 4th/5th gear sensor and backup lamps. In specific I only need the backup lamps wire colors so i can jump these over the connector.

Next issue is hooking the starter back up to the ignition key. Now i know that i could just jump the wire on the solenoid positve to the "Start" position positive under the dash, but i dont want to do that because that would just be too ghetto fied for me. There has to be a way to un hook the "Park start" failsafe from the chasis ignition harness right??

OH yeah, keep in mind as well there is no hook up for the clutch switches either? So no, those are not connected. But i think those are conectivity swithches so when the are disconected i think they override anyways correct??

Wheh long post. This whole job (which i pulled in 7hours on the ground with handtools, on christmas eve in the middle of the f*ing night) has really made me apreciate the beauty of the sr20 in a manual trans chasis.

Oh well maybe you could help me with the wiring??

Thanks a bunch.

1. DL the fsm the gear sensor positions are listed in the electrical section
should be an 8 position plug on the side of the pass side relay box it is that plug

2. jumper the park safty switch plug (grey plug under pass side relay box iirc wires are black one with a white stripe one with a yellow stripe) or you could extend these wires to the clutch pedal and hook up a clutch safty switch if you feel the need
