My 1997 Kouki is now up for sale. It has approx 99000 miles. I got a new car for Christmas and I can only afford to keep one on the road. The following is a list of mods that have been installed on the car:
Apexi N1 Dual
Random Technology Hi-Flow Cat
Hotshot Header
Injen CAI
Eibach Sportlines
KYB AGX struts
Apexi Front Strut Tower Bar
8000K HID headlight conversion
I have the USDM front lip painted and installed. I also have the rear JDM Silvia K's Aero bumper painted and installed. I have a Silvia K's aero spoiler that is painted but not installed.
I planned to change the car from automatic to 5-speed but never got the time to do the job. I will include what I think is about 90% of the parts to complete. The following is what I have:
5-speed Transmission
5-speed sized drive shaft
ECU from a 5speed (I was told this wasn't necessary)
Steel braided clutch lines and custom fittings
Clutch pedal with slave cylinder
Brand New ACT street clutch
Brand New B&M Short Shifter
Brand New Nismo Motor Mounts and Transmission Mounts.
Plastic frame to go around shift boot on center console
Stereo equipment includes:
Pioneer Premier Series XM Ready CD head unit
Matching Pioneer XM receiver and antenna
2 Pioneer 170Watt rear speakers
Pioneer 300W 4 channel amp(Still in box, was waiting until I had all 4 interior speakers installed)
Box with 2 Alpine 10" Type S Subwoofers
As for maintenance, I have done oil changes every 2500-3000 miles using Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil. The auto tranny had a full service done last month. The car had a full tune up earlier in the year(I think March or April). Rear brake pads were replaced about 3 months ago and front pads were just replaced last week.
I am not ready to part with this car but I cannot turn down a car for a Christmas gift. I am asking $7000 firm. After long consideration I believe this is a very fair price. The car has been completely reliable for the 3 years that I have owned it. I never had a single problem. If you feel that this is too high please do not comment and search else where. I am not posting this for people to complain. I am posting because I really need to sell this. Thank You.
