mine did that when i needed to tighten the camber plates on my coilovers. thats a pretty broad question though

The bushings on your tie-rods or T/C rods have gone bad.

Or the upper shock mounts in the front are bad.

LOL..... i was gonna jokingly say that...

the clicking noise is more likely the strut assembly moving slightly left and right. i'm guessing because the bumpstops on the strut rod, bad bushings, loose bolts are apparent on the shock assembly. just hope it's not rack&pinion.... holy you'll be in one major repair

oh yeah, use a sphygmomanometer to find out these things. i use it all the time for noise problems

yea, im getting the same knock noise.... but only when i turn really hard... like a quick jerk..

could be your sway bar end links, they make a popping noise when turning.

usually starts at full counter then gets worse.
