What are some of the states that have the most leaniant emissions?
isnt CA the most strickt, its the only state that requires a EGR valve :/
anyone know what OR's emissions are like? are they are strickt as CA?

Florida doesnt have SHIT. At least as far as i know, i havent had to do any inspections or emissions crap.

the 2 counties in Idaho that actually require testing pretty much use CA requirements, I dont know anything about other states, but more and more states are beginning to use our smog regulations.
I'm not sure if its still this way, but when my buddy lived in Mississippi they actually had a color chart for the color of smoke coming out of the tailpipe... how retarded is that?

They only did an OBDII plug-in test on my car when I had it tested a few weeks ago here in IL. :bigok:

NC is talking about emissions in my area, but only OBD-II. My S13 is in the clear. Plus my car is still registered in Pa, but I have it inspected in NC every year, so i kind slip through the cracks most times anyway. I don't even know what PA requires anymore. hahaha

Hawaii doesn't have smog test. Just safety/light tests. =]

From what i know florida has nothing, i see old beaters driving down the road all the time with huge clouds of smoke pouring out and the cops do nothing.

Only place in Colorado that has emissions testing that I know of is Denver. Everywhere else there aren't even inspections.
