Yea, maybe if the turn signal and the side marker section has the same patterns as the inner break light, then it would look cool.

I think the horizontal lines add a nice touch, from the side view they would look sick. Cannot wait to see them on the actual car....

To answer some questions:

Which horizontal lines? In the signals or in the sidemarker chamber? For the signals, we can build a full circuit board but it would boost the cost up. Considering the signals arent on all the time, this was a cost effective solution that is also stylish. Not to mention, the signals match the triple stripe theme going on with the rear sidemarkers. All in all, I am very content with this setup. Everyone who has seen these tail lights in person has gone nutty, everyone really loves them. Hands down, they are hot shit.

Correcto. Look at the factory sidemarker and you'll notice the 3 lines.. we just followed the theme. Key here is to add to the factory look, not to do an APC and degrade the S14's appearance.

Camera. The LEDs are all blood red (except for the signals which are amber).

Not a problem Russ, just give us a hollar. I've already got a customer who's agreed to do every S14 lighting upgrade, I'll be featuring his car on the site early `05.. you guys can see what the finished product looks like on the car. Of course, if you want a set just give me a hollar..

Note for everyone: These tails are available in bright silver or smoked finish, both are very bright and do not reduce light output at ALL. In addition, we will also offer the tail lights in a full red finish where the outside lens is all red, this setup will use red LEDs for the signals as well. Its all preference, so if anyone is interested just inquire with us.

Close your mouth. If you want, you can come take FREE pictures for us, since you want to be such a smart-ass. In the meantime, you'll just have to deal with my amateur ass pictures.. which are still a WORLD better than any other companies selling shit for our cars. You should be happy that you have multiple high-res images to chose from, let alone products for your old ass S14 which is now out of production.

No, they are parking lamps. You can wire them up to signal though, just cut the ground off of the sidemarker harness and connect it to the signal positive lead. OR, you can go with a dual LED setup if you want to spend more and have two colors.

Like I said, Zilvia is my bowl of morning cereal. Every morning when I wake up, I like to read whats new with our old ass cars. If I was a car enthusiast (which I am), I would love to go online and say "Oh, thats cool.. never seen that before.." and thats just that. Doesnt matter if I can afford something or not, doesnt matter if I even have an S14, Z33, or Datsun.. to me, I just love seeing new things.

For $700, I'd like to be a little picky: the lights are not evenly spaced in the main turn lamp, the angle doesn't match w/ the corner turn lamp, the corner turn lamp lights are not parallel w/ the 2 black outer lines.

Perhaps details you can look into to make this super clean...

Ah yes, optics play a big role in this one -- did you know the prismatic lens effects the way YOU perceive the LEDs to be situated? They look jewel-like for a reason, not because they are un-evenly spaced, but because of the prismatic lens. If you desire, we can add an additional diffuser lens, this will eliminate your confusion. If and when you are ready to buy these tail lights, please remind me and I will add that lens, just for you Jesse.

Did you also know that the LEDs on the side also change depending on the angle you view them? Why does that happen, you ask? Simple, because the OEM black stripes are situated about 1" away from the actual LED -- this makes those lines hover over the LEDs and can change depending on where you view the light.

I don't know about you guys, but I like these lights. I also like the fact that clearcorners.com is coming out with new products for our vehicles. It's another option that we have, so the more you guys bag on new innovative products, the less companies are willing to make shit for our cars. So if you enjoy them, purchase them..otherwise move on with your lives.

I'm waiting to see the lights actually on a car, then I can make my decision. Lights always look different on the car then they do on a table. They still look pretty good on the table though.

These look awesome, if I didn't need to spend money on other crap for my car, I'd get a set. One question, though, would it be possible to do ones with the yellow signal part in clear, sort of like the 1/2 and 1/2 S13 tails?
