Are you talking about "180sx" pop-up headlights?
If so, they are sealed beam, which means the whole "housing" is the bulb.
They're like 6053's or something. I dunno cus I don't have pop-ups. Might as well switch to H4 housing (search eBay for them)
S13/14/15 Silvia (S14 240SX) use like H1/H3/etc. Run a search and you'll find the info you need for those.
Good luck

'95-'96 are H4 (or 9003, same bulb). Highs are H4.
97+ are H1. Highs are 9005.
S15 front is H1. Check the FAQ for Mr.Meph's s13 silvia bulbs.

look through your owner's manual, an FSM, or maybe Chiltons....its in there somewhere.
We could tell you exactly how to do it if you gave us a description of your car.

yeah, I just took a look at my Chiltons and its useless as far as headlights go, sry. FSM is a factory service manual, and they are very helpful and very in-depth; pick up one if you plan on fucking around with your own car and don't have access to mitchell-on-demand or ALLDATA.

ok how do I get either one of them? (access to mitchell-on-demand or ALLDATA) or FSM

All decent repair shops will have alldata and/or mitchell, so if you work at one or know someone who does than that should help you. If this is out of the question, than go look for an FSM for your S14 in the FS section of Zilvia, or on ebay.
-back to the actual problem: can you describe how the bulbs "wouldn't come out?"

s14 Zenki use the H4 bulbs. They are extremely easy to remove. Pop the hood, and right behind the headlight housing will be 2 wire harnesses leading into the housing. They really meet at the headlight bulb. To remove the bulb from the housing, rotate the outer ring, then twist the H4 bulb.

actually the probelm is that I cant open the assemby, the headlight in itself, so I havent been able to get to the bulb yet...so
this is how far I get:
1)pop the hood
2)see harness for the bulbs
thats it , I cantgo over that.. I know it sounds retarded, but I have changed bulbs for other cars but for some reason I cant open mine...
and the harnesses for the bulbs are attached and sealed to the assembly
thats it, what am i supposed to do?ill post pictures when I get my cam back

Almost.
USDM Zenki is 9003(HB4) for low/high, 9005 for high.
EDM Zenki is 9003 for low/high, H1 for high.
USDM Kouki is H1 for low, 9005 for high.
EDM Kouki is H1 for both.
