I saw a bunch of possibilities and will get the car up in the air tomorrow night, but if anyone can send some pointers to check for, it'd be appreciated.
I have reached under the car and tried to shake the sway bar, t/c rod, tie rod, coilover, etc...did notice the lower spanner nut was loose.
I have KTS coilovers, SPL t/c rods, new tie rods, new lower control arms, a new spindle on that side, and whiteline adj front sway.
Tomorrow I will go around and tighten everything to specs if loose...
The symptoms are when I go to hit my brakes, esp backing up I get a clunk from the right front side....almost sounds like the near middle of the car and not near the coilover....
Thanks for any help...it's going to not only be 61 degrees but rainy tomorrow and I want to get to my holiday party and screw around driving a bit...lucky they are letting us go at 2pm to prepare for the 7pm event.

I will check that top bolt first, I didn't check it at install time :cj:
SPLParts are fully top notch. Your quote is absolutely true. Kuah, Adam, anyone there just operate on a different level than most companies.
Hopefully that is all it is.

+1, I however, took an impact gun to mine on the highest setting and snapped the bolt. 30min of welding to get that thing squared away... Lesson learned on impact gun power...

i had a very similer clunk, mine were the outer tie rod ends. You said you got new tie-rods, but are they inner or outer?

Breaking things is a great way to learn things, I must admit. At least I know what to do when such things happen. Drill, tap, helicoil, all things we perfect, especially w/ turbo side bolts :(
Regardless of brand names, all parts on my car are subject to be abused. That's how street cars become tough :)

My front left was making a clunk because of outer tie rod end too. It helped a lot.
