do you have a pic of those wheels on a car? (any car, s14 preferably of course)... I am interested after finding out how cheap 16 inch tires are comapred to my 17s.... but it will depend on how much (if at all) I can get formy rims/tires. BTW they are 17x7 +35 silver FNs 4x114.3 w/ 215/45/17 Falken Ziex 512s.

I am glad to see someone working with manufacturers to get cheap wheels in the correct offsets. It would be nice to see some more information about the company...

Any links to the truck wheel manufacturer's site? Or a better pic of the truck application?

As I said in the other thread, I am very interested in a set of 4 lug +20 wheels, but it will be a few months before I get my wheel budget together. Will this be a limited run, or will these still be around in the spring?

sorry sadly.. i have searched online as well as other places. Basically these are rota's but they don't publicize anything about them. And as for clearing Z brakes i am uncertain. but most likely it should with the spoke design. i will have to check..... Also if all goes well with this buy i might be able to stock them and just have them available forsale on a regular basis.

Very good idea, finaly somone making knockoff wheels with Low near 0 offsets. I like the 16x8 +10s, nice offset for the size of wheel. If you keep some stocked you could make some good bank on that I would assume.

15x6.5 +38....basically the stock sizing for s13 7 spoke alloys. if these are 16x8 with a lower offset, i imagine the spokes will be pretty concave, almost like the 10" face on the FN01R-Cs. correct me if im wrong..

the rim right now is made only for trucks.. but we are making it for the 240.. hey it came with truck motors so why not put truck rims on there hahaha

I don't mean to be the pest and just keep revisiting this thread to criticise, but once again, I really think a main issue is that people don't know what these will actually look like. Tell your manufacturer this and that you would like 2 or 4 wheels cut. If you could even just one make in the offsets and swap them around on the front and rear of a car, I think it would go a long way in getting people to commit. I know if I liked what I saw, I personally would be in. It takes alot to get people to purchase a product that has never even been made or tested before.

Well, the bid is 570, plus 80 shipping, so I'm still interested if you do the 5 lug GB for $600. Its either these wheels or the 17x8 MB Motorsports 7 spokes, and with tires, they come out to within $30 of each other. Oddly, the wheel in the pics doesn't seem the same as the one on the truck...the color looks very different. The huge sidewall on the truck tire makes the wheel look kinda crappy too, but in the pictures they look hot.

I know Rota makes wheels as large as 17x8.5 for STIs, and these things in 17x8.5 +20(ish) and bronze would be freakin awesome...very nice looking wheels. Just a thought.

225/50/16 and 245/45/16 are decently common, but thats it. I'm just saying that generally, you can find more sizes of performance tires in 17s than in 16s.

I ordered the 16 x 8 +10, and put 245 45 16's on them all the way around. Dunno what I was thinking. But to answer your question, a 245 45 16 flushes out with the wheel, the is no buldge and no strecth. I barely got these to clear the rear of mycar, took a little fender rolling and some camber. As far as the front, there is no way in hell that tire size will fit, I am gonna swap on some 225 50 16's on and see if the strech and camber will get me under the front fender. BTW this is on an 89' hatch with all stock body panels.

And I'll try and get some pics up later, these wheels look sick on the rear of my car, even though my car it self looks pretty crappy.

ok guys my pics are up in readers rides. my buddy took the pics sitting in his car while it was raining so there not that good but... tell me what you think about the 225/50 all around.those are just some used tires from work. i think im gonna go with 225/45. maybe a 215/45 or 50 in front. yokohama makes es100's in all those sizes. and i still have to roll the fenders and lower it more.
