Ok guys I have tried to find some concrete info on the sub engine harness but I had no luck ,I have the SR FSM, but dont have the KA FSM and I was just wondering if anybody hooked those wires correctly and have any info for the neccessary wiring(essential for the car to run correctly). I'm haveing major probs with my battery getting drained, last night I went and got a fresh battery and 2 min on the road the whole car died on me. anyway I tried every keyword I could think of for searching on this forum, I would appreciate any help I can get oh and the way I hooked up my sub engine harness is color for color...

Without actually ahving the car in front of you to lookat it. its hard to diagnosis a problem..First thing to try is charge your battery up really good... start the car then bull the positive battery terminal off while the car is still running. If the car dies right away your have your alternator wired wrong.
Thats is step one in finding your probelm. IT MIGHT BE SOMETHING STUPID AS STUPID AS THAT.

ok everyone, I got my car working normally now, on the sub engine harness I forgot to connect the 12 or 14 gauge white wire to the black and red 12 or 14 gauge wire so my battery just getting drained not rercharged now it recharges really well and I have no more problems starting it,
The other part that was wrong with my car was that it sounded like it was running on two cylinders,
solution: My spark plugs were not screwed on tight eneough so gas was coming through to the space in between the spark plugs and the head. I realized later on that my friend checked my spark plugs to see if anything was wrong with the car and so on.. apparently he didnt tighten them.
Hope this solves most of your guys problems...
Symptoms: Sounds like a tracktor, the exhaust pulses really hard(its not smooth) revs hard up to 3000 RPM after 3000RPM it smooths out really quick
and it also sounds like your car is really struglling
