Unfortunately California doesn't use the electric chair.

Did you know the inmates arm is swabbed with rubbing alcohol before being administered the lethal injection?

Only if they've killed someone and not out of self-defense.

personally i dont think he deserved the death penalty...there wasnt enough evidence that proved he actually did it. Just circumstantial evidence. But that is just my opinion and everyone is entitled to them
He'll be on death row for 15 years so if there is evidence to find that he is innocent they will find it by then. Send him off to Texas, they'll kill him right at the airport. (i luv stereotypes)

Just substantial evidence.
Are you attempting to say 'circumstantial'?

it would be funny if they found some kind of evidence to prove that Scott was innocent. Then the Modesto police would be exposed for the filth they are, and Lacie's parents would almost have a heart attack.
maybe...

It's wrong until the legal system can operate with 100% certitude. Sending the wrong man to the chair is FUCKED UP. Do a search for "Roy Criner" and you'll find out how great the Texas legal system really is.
I think the death sentence advocates would change their tune pretty quickly if they were wrongly convicted of a capital offense.

As for Scott Peterson, if he was some ugly, poor fucker, he wouldn't have gotten 1/100th the press coverage. How the hell did this guy make it into People magazine and the tabloids? Because he looks like Ben Affleck (sp?) or the quarterback from your high school? News flash: Good-looking, educated, tall, upper-middle-class, white Americans can commit violent crimes too!
I think he should be sentenced to life in a cell wallpapered with his murdered wife's picture.

haha I love that idea.
I didn't follow the trial but my gf did, she was tellin me about the evidence they had and it sounds to me like he is guilty. I wouldn't really though know, not like my gf was at the trial or anything. There was no evidence pointing to anybody but him though was there?
Wasnt he fishing in the bay on the day she was murdered? With the boat he had just bought? On the license that was only good for a couple of days around the time she was murdered?

No conjugal visits. They will send him to a federal "pound him in the ass" prison. He better kick somebody's ass the first week or become somebody's bitch :P
