What is the differince between Cerametallic clutch and Kevlar clutch. Which one is stronger? Or which one is usually used for what....like autox, drifting, road racing? Thanks
You mean ceramic? How much power are you putting down? Both ceramic and kevlar are meant for high hp and high heat applications.

there are metallic clutches also, organic, carbon, carbon kevlar...organic friction material is usually the base street upgrade. metallic and the others have harsher engagment but are also designed to hold more torque. carbon clutches are pretty much stright race clutches. the hotter they get the better they grip but they are not practical for street use.

I drift my car A LOT and i have gone through 2 clutches, and soon a third...and I have only had the car for about a year....(I drive a s14, stock KA, planing on KAT). So, which material I should go with. I would like it as a daily driver of course but definelty dont want to change my clutch every 3-4 months. Thanks for you input guys.
