I bought some skyline brakes for my 95 240sx se and when I got them I found that I needed a drum style e-brake in order for the e brake to work. Does anyone know if the drum stle ebrakes from a 92 300 zx will work?

Exact same parts as the Z32, only the BNR33 and BNR34 use the larger rear rotors.

You would also need the z32 ebrake cable. Not an easy install, but very doable.

I cant remember now, but isnt there something you have to modify *cut* in the rear to make the Z rear brakes work?

Nope. The fronts you have to cut the dust shield though.

Yeah I've done it, made a thread about it too. Well the the rear brake conversion itself is easy, just the e-brake was a bit difficult to me. Cause I tried to make my own way of making use of the z32 e-brake. But then I just defaulted to the "standard" way of doing it. All I need now is just to weld the s14 cable to the z32 cable.

you dont have to weld it
you can crimp them
if crimping can hold a marlin im sur eit wll hold your ebrake cables together hahahaha
im doing that with mine
cars finally up and running and legal so i can get a chance to fix it
edit: christ you paid a lot for your z conversion! OUCH!
