I'll start off by saying that I had a hell of a time with the installation. I got my old exhaust off fine; everything but the flange that connects to the catalytic converter that is... so I ended up having to bring it to a shop to have it installed. My reccomendation if your exhaust is really rusty and you don't have a blow torch to heat up the nuts is to bring it to a shop to have it installed. You'll save yourself time and headache.

The first thing that I noticed was that it's quite loud. It's not to the point that it's annoying, but you can definately hear a big difference; at cruising speed / throttle, you barely even notice it. If you decide you don't care for the volume, you can always buy silencers for it in the end.

I can definately feel an increase in horsepower. I'm not sure if I would have if it was my first mod, but I've already got an Injen intake that helped open things up quite a bit. I haven't noticed any low end loss at all, but I'm not sure how accurate that is because I had a hole in my exhaust where the flange was separating from the pipe on the stock exhaust.

Another thing that I noticed, which made me very happy, is that throttle response seems much improved. I didn't expect this, but thinking about it, it does make sense seeing as how the amount of backpressure has been greatly reduced. This is noticable with a very slight loss of engine brake as well, but it's definately worth it.

Last but not least, one of the biggest pro's to the N1 Dual, is that it can be used on both N/A and Turbo cars. The two smaller diameter pipes keep low end loss down, but still flow as much as a larger diameter exhaust, so turbo applications will retain high end power.

All in all, I would definately reccomend this exhaust system, especially for those who are unsure as to whether they are going to go turbo in the future.

i agree with everthing havign just had it installed today, mind you i didnt even  attempt my own install...

the only down side for me was the cost of importign it from enjuku...

By the way i highly recommend them, they were awesome...

if they had not marked the declared value down to $150 canadian i would have been screwed....

all in all it cost me about $1100 canadian, but being as that i am a student and nearing the end of first year, the money may have been better spent elsewhere, but that is entirely my fault anyways... hope my mommy doesnt find out i spent my loan on this, well it was mostly saved from work, but still.

if you got lots of money, do it up.. if you got not so much, wait a tad bit longer until you cant wait anymore... cause it's really good...

cant wait to get the intake from enjuku, injen one of course...

Well to solve the loudness... get a turbo. That is all... have a nice day and this concludes the test of the emergency broadcast system. Hhehe... although its not exactly the most affordable item, turbos make for heartier sounds because of the baffeling the turbo its self does and the increased air flow decreases the vibration factor that creates rice-y ness for those cold canadian days.

...and don't forget the BOV sound: PEEESSSHHHWWW!!

have you guys noticed the moderate backfiring on the n1 dual? it happens when you go WOT to about 5krpm then you just let go of the throttle, it'll make some popping sounds. it's not bad, it's more of a gurgling sound. I don't mind it, but I don't like it.

Hmm, now that you mention it, I have noticed it, but it doesn't really bother me. Just pretend it's an anti-lag system, lol.

How is the Apexi NI Dual catback system with a KA naturally aspirated? I don't see a turbo or SR swap in the future, but I would like to mod and my rusty stock muffler is leaking &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>
