Selling/trading my 96 s14

Hey guys, its a sad day but the cost of college and a car i can't drive in the winter (well i have but out in the sticks it ain't the best way to go) is killing me. Here's what i got:
96 240sx SE model
Red exterior, black interior
5spd, 108k miles, mods listed in sig, also has optima red top and momo pedals.
super clean, i am the second owner. first owner was middle aged woman that had a nissan dealer (selinsgrove nissan, if you need to know) do all her service. I have done everything else myself since i purchased it 2 years ago with 77k miles. Mostly highway driven, *usually* not driven hard, well maintained. Beautiful car, tons of fun. The only flaws are that the sunroof is aftermarket and does not work (cables jumped), plus the usual paint nicks and door dings from a 9 yr old car.

i know you didnt list this as possible trade but would you be interested in trading for a 1991 240sx fastback SE (137k miles on it) 5 speed, black....a 1989 crx SI (winter car) with 190k miles, freshly rebuilt head gasket, new timing chain, full tune up and a 1993 240sx fastback parts car (5 speed 160k miles front end damage completely still together)

No thanks, as i said, the reason i am getting away from the 240 is that i need something i can drive year round, plus i want something newer...i amended my initial post to be more specific, i am ONLY interested in the impreza 2.5rs described above.
