Heat gun, soldering iron or plastic welding kit....

You can try using Red Hot Blue Glue PVC Cement.

It's pretty good fixing some plastic parts. Only problem is though, the Red Hot Blue Glue PVC Cement works best on smaller lighter parts....like door handle trim pieces and power window trim pieces. Probably won't work on the headlight brackets cuz of the weight & the movement involved.
Best bet is to stick with the plastic welding kit. It will probably do a better job on the repair than the heat gun or the soldering iron.
Anyhow, hope this helps...

Oh....as for the superglue...that shit will only end up breaking again after a few hours/days...I hate that crap when it comes to plastic repairs..

Superglue is not designed to work with polyethylene or polyurethane, says so right on the package.
