All I know is that 8th char means the chassis type, 4 is coupe, 6 is hatch, 7 is vert.
I found that on a S14 VIN decoding site, I am yet to see anything with S13's. And is there any way to tell if the car had HICAS from looking at the VIN? I just hope to stumble upon a picture w/ the white sticker in front of the wheel. So far I've only seen 2 FB's w/ it and one coupe.
