Does anyone know where I can find the RS13U wing that came on the Euro Spec S13? Either an authentic or replica?

Never seen that wing on a stock euro s13. It looks a bit like a s14 wing to me.

Its aslo a bit confusing the NSW on that plate, pretty sure thats an aussie plate.

I found this on a buyers guide forum and it referenced this setup only being in Europe market. If it?s a s14 wing then that?s even better
