Billion VFC (variable fan controller). Pretty sure this has been long discontinued (despite frsport still listing it for sale). Asking what I paid for it on YAJ. I'm not sure if that's unreasonable but if I can't get the asking price I don't mind keeping it. One of those cool Japanese parts to collect. I have the instructions in Japanese.
