This true competition racing harness will not only will the catch an eye of any by-stander with its trademark green color, but also protect and secure a driver in his seat even under the most extreme conditions. Many Japanese professional racecar drivers rely on TAKATA 340MPH racing harnesses in pursue of their victories. TAKATA is a known sponsor of many GT, CART, Dirt Trial and F3 racing teams in Japan. TAKATA sponsored Honda NSX is very successful in the JGTC. Also, many All Japan Rally Championship drivers use TAKATA harnesses as well thanks to FIA certification (FIA8853-98.8854-98). If you are looking for high quality, FIA certified, super safe and eye-cathcing racing harness, look no further. Harness comes with signature Takata safety camlock buckle.

I have gotten a few e-mail..let me stress to everyone that I have 2 of these. These go for about $450.00 each. I am selling the pair for $800 for the pair. I might be willing to pay for shipping also that will depend on final price.

I know it is new, but it would help if you actually posted the year of expiration of the FIA certification. It could be 5 years old, never used, and useless for sanctioned competition if the certification expires.

hmm, Not sure where I would find that info. I have had these for about 1 and a half. Its winter in Chicago so no need to install them. Now X-mas is killing me so I need to sell these :(

It's not worth 1/2 of that price if it expires. The whole point of why racing belt is so expensive is their FIA certificates.

Hence my desire for you to post the info; helps you out and helps out the buyer.

It will be on the tag on the harness; has some FIA numbers and also a year when the belts expire.

Basically the certification is good for 4 years from date of manufacture; if it was made in march 2002 it will be good through end of 2006 racing season.
