Anyone know of any reputable engine build/machine shop in the Washington state area that specializes in Sr20 engines?

Try Speed Factory. I know they specialize in Hondas, but they also build some of the countries fastest cars in their category. They may not do it, but they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Where in WA? You could give English Racing a call and ask for a reference. They are very genuine people down there.
