cheapest smog station?

I'm looking for a cheap place to get my smog done in sf or near the city. Also, they wouldn't trip off of my exhaust right?

Exhaust is not a problem. Only thing you really need to worry about is:

- Headers
- No EGR
- Timing (depends on how cool dude is)
- No Cat
- Non-CARB Intake
- Any non-CARB part that can affect emissions (intake, header, exhaust, cams, turbo kit, etc)
- Illegal motor swap
- Other crap but I am lazy
