I have one that came with my s15 swap, but i'm unsure if I should leave it plugged in even when running an aftermarket boost controller to prevent the ecu from wigging out or running the wrong fuel trim.

I know with s13s most people dont run them. I've been driving my car since febuary with no issues without having it I have a zenki sr20

The ECU doesn't throw codes if it's missing and fuel trim is determined by load sensed by the MAF.
