Theres one at the local junkyard to me that I can check if you want it shipped, I think you can make a 230 fit in a 200 if you want just the internals. Theres also a J30 I can check too

yeah that would be great, thanks. need the whole thing and input/output shafts. my driveshaft has the q45 flange.
