stupid question i came across today >_<

i know it sounds really stupid but somehow the 4" fuel hose that go to the fuel pressure regulator decided to play a trick on me. I can't loose it out from the fpr which i need to replace. any idea of taking it out without trash the hose? also, when i tried to take out the fuel rail, the last injector port was like a brick wall that won't move a single mm on me. any idea? thz for looking this and any ideas for helping me change the fpr will be great. have a good day.

Don't know about the hose. All I can think of is to just twist on the hose untill it comes loose. Hose is cheap, just replace it so you know that there won't be any deterioration.

If you look at the #4 intake runner, theres a nut that holds the intake manifold on the head, the fuel rail attaches there. Its a pain to get to.

yeah, the hose is cheap, but the one i got from autozone don't come near to the factory one i had in car(the quality of the hose). i tried twisted the hose but in hell the hose felt like glued to the fpr and won't give up a bit.
shit, i think i pulled too hard on the fuel rail without losing the last bolt because i thought only 2 bolts that hold the fuel rail. thz for the head up. i will try it again soon. any input will be appreciate.
