The Nissan Hardbody pickup has nearly the same interior dome light as a S13 hatchback with sunroof. You can find them online for cheap. You only need to trim out a little corner of the socket so the plug fits.
The non-sunroof models have a different dome light.
I found one from Amazon for $16 made by a company in Thailand.
