Water feed to turbo sr20de

I'm trying to run water to my turbo at the moment but where do you get the feed from on a s13 sr20de? Return I can drill and tap the water neck I'm guessing but not sure on feed. On dets atleast apparently there is a feed on the block but it looks blanked off on mine if I'm looking at the right thing.
