WTB a Short Shifter - B&M, Tomei, HKS, etc

If anyone has a higher quality short shifter, please let me know. Could also use a leather or plastic-type shift knob to go with it.

I've got a C's to sell. Definitely get the Tomei from Bernie if you can. I've had ebay "Nismo", B&M, C's and Tomei. The tomei feels best.
