Pulled off my s14 for a different setup. Ran for years at around 280whp without any issues. Will accept any .63 a/r t3 turbo with a 5 bolt Ford turbine housing. Downpipe is a two piece with an integrated wastegate pipe that will accept a Tial 35/38mm wastegate. The downpipe is designed to connect to the catalytic converter, however I found that the downpipe was a tad too short so I had to use 2 extra flanges and longer bolts as spacers. The upper portion of the downpipe is still wrapped fairly tight with titanium heat wrap. The lower portion still has wrap, but is loose and may need to be re-wrapped.
Manifold is cast iron without any cracks and matched up very well with the exhaust ports(see pic). The turbo was fairly close to the master cylinder so you may need to wrap it and/or make a heat shield for it. I used a Frontier 1" master cylinder which helped with the clearance. Manifold is relief cut at the flange to prevent cracking. Solid setup for cheap.
