How to Install Component Speakers?

How do i replace the tweeters? i searched it up and got nothing except for how to install the door speakers. And the speakers i'm buying come with a crossover where do the wires front speaker wires meet or where (and if) is the stock crossover. Btw its for a 95 240sx SE. Thanks!!

There's a joint connector taped to the dash harness, behind the passenger side airbag.

I ran new speaker wires to the tweeter and in the door. The door was a PITA.
You can run speaker wire down the pillar, and mount your crossover right above your hood latch(driverside). For the Passenger side, you can mount it to the right side of the glove box.

Why? There's already a grille there and any aftermarket tweeter will fit fine under it.
