S13 SR20DET Power FC, Model # SR2017
$450

This is intended for a 96-98 S13 SR (J4/J5)

For owners of redtops and early blacktops, you can do a re-pin of your harness at the ecu. The only difference, according to the below diagrams, is the coil packs pinout locations.

I have a commander in my car but I'll charge an extra $50 for it.

So after the re-pin I can run this on a red top no problem? Something about o2 sensors? Also if I have a commander for a rb power fc, are all commanders identical?

unfortunately, commanders are NOT universal
commander must match the ecu.

Some commanders work for more FC's than others. I tested the commander with this PFC once and it worked. The commander # is FCC3. I will double check to verify compatibility between ecu and commander.

Redtop or blackntop s13 power fc can be used either or, just repin the harness (02 sensor wires) n use correct 02 sensor..skinny or fat

Thats all

62/E5 Wiring (Early SR20DET): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9F33_M_GgENZkdvTjlQb2RnOTA/view

J4/J5 Wiring (Late SR20DET): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9F33_M_GgENZkdvTjlQb2RnOTA/view

These PDF's are courtesy of Wiring Specialties-- so we can thank them for making some legible pinout diagrams.

According to these two diagrams, the ignition pin locations are the main difference between E5/62 and J4. It appears the oxygen sensor remains in the same pin on both ecu's.
