I have having trouble running rich out of the exhaust, when I plug the OBDII scanner into the port it reads that its not getting no voltage at the O2 sensor (lean bias) so now my fuel trim is super high and its running rich out of the exhaust. I checked the voltage from the 02 all the way to the ecu pinout and it was good. I have no codes and the car runs great, it wont pass smog though.

Any thoughts anyone? I get .780-.820 MV from my O2 but my ECU/ECM reads 0.000

Well that means u have an open wire somewhere...start checking the harness

My harness checked out, I was thinking ECU? But I don’t wanna shotgun it and waste $150

Well if ur pin testing at the harness ecu connector n ur reading voltage, but ecu says its reading nothing, then that would confirm a bad ecu

I ended up buying a new (used) ecu and it worked out. Thanks
