97-01 Q45 diff bushings HELP

picked up a Q45 diff from a 99’ and the bushings basically fell out. Need to which bushings fit the 97-01 Q45 diff. I’m assuming since it’s an R200 the s14/J30/Z32/Q45 bushings should all be the same. Can only find info on the 93-96.

It’s same as s14.
