this is a pretty common mod. I've done it to my car but I also replaced the rubber line with a stainless clutch line.

ive done the same as sykikchimp...

i liked the feel better and all that good stuff.

plus, it makes bleeding the clutch a WHOLE lot easier, and less risk of traping bubbles in the line :)

you'll do this mod once you bleed your clutch 100 times and it still isn't fully bled yet.

Ive done this as well. SS soft line and spec stage 3 clutch. Very firm now, I like it.

Oh yeah and it takes about 5 minutes to bleed it now.

well... no... i like this mod alot... saves time on bleeding clutch... im on a ACT stage 2 clutch.... i put some greese on the clutch pedal.. and it doesnt feel so bad.... hardly noticeable.. but at first.. it was awfull.. but i could stand it... i say do it! its a great idea...

this isnt really a "modification" guys.. its removing excessive useless bullshit from your car, much like the EGR.

it modifies the factory clutch lines. What exactly would you call a modification? most of the stuff that people call "modifications" don't modify anything, they are more like 'additions.' (wheels, body kits, whatever).

I did this and my 6 puck still doesn't feel really stiff. Pretty much just shortens the clutch line. Buy this if you don't have one already like I did with a 5 speed swap.
