- I don't know the mileage on these, but from what I recall these were used for about 2-3 track events then removed
- Yes, these are 2-way adjustable. Forgot to mention that.
- No, I don't have the other spanner. It wasn't in the toolkit when I recieved these.

I bought these with the intention of upgrading from my KTS coilovers on my 180SX. I ended up selling the car and no longer need these.

HOWEVER, they were also slightly damaged/scuffed during shipping. One of the plastic collars has a chunk taken out of it and the tophats have some yellow marks (from the springs) on them. The coilovers appear to be fine, but I have no use for them anyway. One spanner wrench appears to be missing as well.

No on the spanner and the mileage is unknown, unfortunately. They appear to be in good shape. From what I was told these were only ever used on the track and maybe have 2-3 events on them.
