Willa 326 power wing line up with 180sx type x holes?

Recently someone stole my 180sx type X spoiler and I am now out of one with holes in the trunk, I am looking to purchase a new spoiler does anyone know if the 326 power manriki rear wing universal would match up with some of these holes or will I be looking to weld and bondo the holes shut and drill new holes?

Nice move. Have you tried looking for pictures of an unmounted 326Power wing?

Yeah the bottom looks the same i'm just worried if the mounting parts will be further apart or off and the mounts on the 326 wouldnt sit over the existing holes, sadly I cant find any dimensions of the mounting points of both spoilers
