Depends how you wire them, its possible but then you would have clear turns which will get you pulled over in my state. I put amber bulbs in my clear housings and wired them to my signals.

Yes. Mine flash with the turn signal since i wired it to the stock front turn signal wires. However since its just a blinking bright light it doesnt stand out as much as amber.

I still have a set available. Its an LED light board so yes the bulb is included. You do need to switch over to the jdm socket which I can source for you. Shoot me a pm.
