Ok I have a question as I have noticed this a lot in the for sale forums. Paypal fees are all over the place.

Not picking on you just asking, why 4%? That is usually reserved for payments overseas. Within the USA its 2.9% + .30.

If your in Va as your sig suggest then it should be the 2.9% + .30 Again not trying to step on toes just asking.

Ok I have a question ...

Because 3% often seems to come up little short and all too often people stiff you on the deltas. If I have a choice I prefer not to use PP because of their fees, other options available these days.
