I regret having to do this, but I need to move on and buy a house.

spec stage 3 clutch
fidanza lightweight flywheel
hks hyper d coilovers (stock suspension will be included as well)
The car is in excellent condition. Interior is near perfect. Exterior is in great condition, just a few minor scratches. Car is in excellent running condition.
Problems/ Issues:
The A/C compressor and 3 hard lines were removed from the car after one of the hard lines broke, I have the compressor and the hard lines.
The oil pan has an oil return line still plumbed into the pan, it has been capped and tied out of the way so the car could be driven. ( I have an unaltered pan I will include as well)
