1st off your guys site kicks a$$
Does anyone here have any clue to what the torque needs to be on the Flywheel
its a 89 240 5sp
and what oil does the 5sp need ( like 80W-90 or what ) ?

first of all, welcome to zilvia...
2nd, SEARCH (http://www.zilvia.net/f/search.php?) and GOOGLE (http://www.google.com) will be your best friends...
for your flywheel, 105-112lbs...took me 30 seconds to search for...
for your oil, depends on your weather, engine condition, blah blah blah...
a good average oil would be 10w-30 synthetic... for KA's at least...
oil is kinda half opinion based and half fact based.. anyone agree?

80w90 is good, that's what i'm using.
make sure to get gl-4 for your tranny, NOT gl-5 (for differential)
and i thought flywheel was 93-98 ish? or is that only for sr? i'm not sure so don't quote me :coolugh:

gm synchromesh and redline shockproof are excellent fluids for the 5sp trans

FSM says 105-112 ft/lbs
