BLITZ nurspec R

Would you guys recommend the BLITZ NurspecR catback system for my 95 240sx that'll soon push 4-7 psi using a t3t4 kit.  I know i need at least 3" piping for turbo applications.  Or is the Blitz system too much for 4-7 psi
