Cloth, trust me their flawless. Pattern in the middle, some have pattern, some don't. Mine has a weaving seeweed looking pattern thingy. heh. Dunno how to describe the color but I thought there was pretty much only 1 color seat for s14s? Mines from a 98SE

BTW we can make those rear seats fit pretty nicely.

remember ladies and gents, s14 front seats bolt on perfect, all 4 bolts.

Rear s14 seats will work with tiny modification, its easy i did it in my old car:
