Fresh Paint
The Good:
Car Runs Great
No Leaks
Always Starts
Can be Daily Driven without Issues
Clean Carfax, no wrecks reported, on its 3rd owner
Have over 17K in receipts for all the work listed above ( everything has been done within the last month)
Rock Solid Car
Body is straight, body lines are solid and gaps are all even
The bad:
The car is 50 years old
The paint needs to be cut and buffed (some orange peel in clear coat)
Rear right fender had some bondo work at some point and theres a crack about the size of a quarter on it
All the A/C components are in the car but I never figured out how much of a charge it needs, so we left it alone, so A/C needs to be properly charged to work
Rear tires a touch too big so they rub the fenders, going to 265's or 255's would solve this issue
The stall is too high for the car, thus making it feel sluggish at low rpm's while just cruising
Since the car has a clean title, is a real SS and is numbers matching, I put the value on it at 20,000, which is barely a couple of grand more than we have spend on just parts in the last 60 days.
I am not looking for a straight sale, but rather a trade.
I am after another S chasis.
Order of importance to me would be Turbo LS>LS>JZ>RB (Big Single)>SR (Big Single).
I can step down my evaluation of the car for the right trade, otherwise we can work out a deal where you or I add cash.
