About the kouki tail light, were they spray painted over the plastic?

Scuffed, cleaned, pinstriped outline, masked, adhesion promoter, jet black base coat, clear coat, color sanded and re-clearcoated.

Nothing out of a rattle can was used on these lights other than adhesion promoter. But yes spray painted via spray gun.
